The Transnational Partner Meeting (Kick off meeting) was held in Karnitz, on 27 and 28 September 2022.
The purpose of the this two days meeting is to analyse the project, to set the management procedures, to organise next steps and to discuss the already implemented activities.
The first day the Project Steering Committee has formed while all results of the projects are analysed and for each one of them, the lead partner provided a full presentation fot eha way that the partnership will work. Project management issues also analysed (analysis of the Project Management Handbook, interim report, analysis of the budget etc). The second day special emphasis was given to the desk research, the findings and the problems that arose while stricly guidelines on how the field research will be implemented also provided. The raising awareness and dissemination activities also were discussed in details.
